This site aims to bolster what is a niche motorcycle community by pooling resources for like-minded riders. Our resident authors can’t cover every mile of every route everywhere (we try). With so many great motorcycle roads around the world, it’s obvious that our fuel tanks are bigger than our wallets. That means we need you! Nobody knows the riding routes in your area better.
You’re cordially invited to upload and document each of your favorite motorcycle maps. For every route and review you contribute, we’ll provide a digital key (via e-mail) that’s good for one map download. Uploading five or more files permanently unlocks our entire collection.
Our current map count is 72 and each may be downloaded for a charge of one cent per mile. With this invitation’s momentum in mind, that number is sure to grow. Help make it happen!
Motorcycle Map Upload Requirements
Other motorcycle map sites provide nothing more than a brief, single paragraph description alongside download links and generic reviews. While that might be enough for some, we prefer a more detailed approach. It requires a bit more effort from everyone involved but is well worth it.
In attempts to inform fellow riders about route features and worthy stopping points, we request that all uploads include a well written (300+ words) account of it’s respective experience. Food, gas and lodging are just the tip of the iceberg. What locations and scenery stand out?
If you wonder what 300 words looks like, wonder no more. This page holds exactly said amount.
Your map file must either be compiled in or converted to GPX format. To build and export your map online, we recommend signing up for a free Ride With GPS account. If you’re game for some saddle time, however, have a look at this page.
